This Company is top notch. Let me first say that I emailed this Dealership with a pontoon boat issue I was having, and they had no incentive to help me out. I simply found their information on the Crest Pontoon boat website after I had a bad experience with a local marina. They emailed me back simply asking for my phone number to talk. I provided the number, and they called me back in 10 minutes. We talked through the issue and came up to a conclusion that it was potentially the prop (easiest thing to check first) and they said they would research it all for me and find out. All of this on their own dime and time, again I have not purchased or used this Company before. They called me the next day saying they found all the lake tests of a particular prop and they think it is the right one for the boat and motor.They were right! Prop is now installed and the boat chews up the water. We will enjoy this boat for years now because of this awesome Company and the below two great people.Thanks Rick and Kevin!
